S Joye & Associates LLC ("simonejoye.com," "ghanatravelgroup.com", "ladyscape.net") is committed to ensuring your personal information is protected. This privacy policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we handle any information we receive from you. This privacy policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage and data gathered on the ghanatravelgroup.com  website but does not apply to any other Website or offline point of contact with any other company and consumers we do not control.
Please note we reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. If such a change occurs, you will be notified via our Site.  Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, you accept the practices described in this privacy policy at that time.

A.        Your IP Address
Each time you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address, SM.com cookie information, and the web page from which you came. To administer and optimize the Site for you and diagnose problems with our Site, we use your IP address to help identify you and gather broad demographic information about you.

We may periodically obtain personal and non-personal information about you from other S Joye & Associates LLC businesses, business partners, contractors, and other third parties and add it to our account information or other information we have collected.

We may collect and store personal information about other people you provide, such as their name, address, and email address. If you use our Website to send others (friends, relatives, colleagues, etc.) a product as a gift, we may store your personal information and the personal information of each such recipient to process those requests or facilitate future activities.

H.            How We Use Financial Information
We use your financial information to, if applicable, check your qualifications and to bill you our service. By making a purchase or engaging in any other kind of activity or transaction that uses financial information on the Site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and such third parties as we determine necessary to support and process your activities and transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes. These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions to process and support the transaction or activity.
I.              Location Information and Services 
This service includes location-based services and features. These features are used to connect you to other users based upon your geographic location and provide other services that personalize your experience. To implement these features, we collect your location data, including but not limited to GPS data, WiFi data, and cell tower data.
Special Cases in which we Share Personal and Financial Information
Your personal information or financial information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy, or to comply with the law or protect the interests or safety of efordgroup.com or other visitors to the Site.
J.             How We Use Public Information and Other Demographic Information

We may also use the information you provided during registration to automatically set up an email account for you at the registered site.
K.            Our Security Precautions
The Site has security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We encrypt all of your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet, and we store your financial information on our servers in encrypted form. Furthermore, we can process your payments through Pay Pal, which will allow you to securely process your transactions without you having to share your financial information.
L.            Changing our Privacy Policy for Previously Gathered Information
If we decide to use particular personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email or by providing 30 days' notice on the Site. Please be aware that it may take several hours for the changes you make to take effect on the public areas of the Site. We thank you for your patience. Please note that changing or deleting your information will only change or delete the data in our database for future activities on the Site and for managing future communications from efordgroup.com. N.            What Information is collected?
We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information ("PII") and non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII"), which is also referred to as aggregate and anonymous data.

If you choose to become an Advertiser, we also collect financial information (your credit card number and expiry date).
While register and creating a Profile, you will be given the option of creating a pseudonymous profile (username, password, and personal description) where your gender is applicable. Personal information that may identify you is not permitted on your Profile. Please note, you may upload photos to your Profile. The type of photos you upload may identify you.
Q.             Financial Information
We may require certain additional information under some circumstances, including but not limited to your credit card billing information. We use this financial information, including your name, address, and other information, to bill you for the use of our services and products. By making a purchase, or engaging in any other kind of activity or transaction that uses financial information on the Website, you consent to our providing of your financial information to our service providers and such third parties as we determine necessary to support and process your activities and transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes.
These third parties may include credit card companies, data processing companies, and banking institutions to process and support your transaction or activity.
R.              Unsolicited Contact (SPAM)
S Joye & Associates, our affiliates, and our channel partners do not send unsolicited emails at any time. However, you consent to receive email messages to the email address you register on your Profile, e.g., for marketing purposes and from members. You may opt-out of receiving email messages at any time by sending a request to simonejoyeassociates@gmail.com
S.          Do you monitor online behavior?
While we do not, as a rule, moderate or monitor advertisers' private exchanges, we reserve the right to do so if we suspect users of being under the age of 18 or of using our service for solicitation or any other violation of our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Statement. Submissions that appear on the public area of the Site are moderated and, if necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the Site.
T.            Affiliates
When you register to become an Affiliate, you will be asked for contact information. Your information will only be used by internal staff and will never be shared with anyone external to the company other than our affiliated or related companies and their respective advisors and representatives.
U.            Other Information Collectors
Except as otherwise expressly described in this Privacy Statement, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are on our Website (including links to third-party sites) or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third-party advertisers or have third-party e-commerce partners, they adhere to their privacy policies. Since we do not control any third parties' privacy policies, you should investigate their policies before you disclose your personal information to them.

We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access.
