Marketing Specialist
(Remote; Part-time)
Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in attracting new nonprofit clients, amplifying our digital presence, and crafting compelling campaigns. This part-time role requires a self-starter with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new nonprofit clients. - Build and manage a dynamic social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement. - Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efforts (e.g., content automation, analytics, and trend tracking). - Create engaging videos, sales pitches, and other marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify potential nonprofit clients and outreach opportunities. - Collaborate with Simone Joye to align marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications: - Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital communications (nonprofit experience a plus). - Proficiency in AI-powered tools for marketing and content creation. - Strong skills in video creation and editing (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Passion for nonprofits and making a difference. Compensation: - Competitive hourly rate of $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: - Flexible hours, approximately 10–15 hours per week.
