Business Development Specialist
(Remote; Part-time)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to help grow our local and national client base by identifying and securing partnerships with nonprofits that can benefit from our services. Position Overview: The Business Development Specialist will focus on building relationships with nonprofit leaders, crafting compelling pitches, and closing deals to bring new clients to S Joye & Associates. This is a results-oriented role ideal for a professional with experience in sales, client outreach, or nonprofit development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research prospective nonprofit clients that align with S Joye & Associates' services. - Conduct outreach via email, social media, and phone to engage potential clients. - Develop tailored pitches and proposals that showcase the value of our consulting services. - Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit decision-makers to establish trust and credibility. - Track outreach efforts and progress - Collaborate with the CEO to refine service offerings based on client feedback and needs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or nonprofit fundraising. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Understanding of the nonprofit sector and its challenges (preferred). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Comfortable with cold outreach and creating tailored sales strategies. Compensation and Schedule: - Competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour, plus performance-based incentives for securing new clients. - Flexible hours, approximately 10–15 hours per week, with potential for growth. Marketing Specialist
(Remote; Part-time)

Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in attracting new nonprofit clients, amplifying our digital presence, and crafting compelling campaigns. This part-time role requires a self-starter with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new nonprofit clients. - Build and manage a dynamic social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement. - Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efforts (e.g., content automation, analytics, and trend tracking). - Create engaging videos, sales pitches, and other marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify potential nonprofit clients and outreach opportunities. - Collaborate with Simone Joye to align marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications: - Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital communications (nonprofit experience a plus). - Proficiency in AI-powered tools for marketing and content creation. - Strong skills in video creation and editing (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Passion for nonprofits and making a difference.
